The IQRM Screening Process
IQRM is looking for the best graduates and early career professionals to provide them this Accelerator program to give a head start to be part of IQRM's Risk Management Consultants
Step 1: Language and Personality
The first step of the screening process is a comprehensive English language. We also assess personality traits, looking for candidates who are passionate and fully engaged in their work.
Step 2: Personal Interview
Each successful candidate is interviewed by IQRM screeners to test how they interact in several situations, that they may face while working on projects.
Step 3: Start Accelerator Program
Candidates who have passed all of the previous steps they will commence the Accelerator Program
Step 4: Final Assessment and Job Opportunities
Each candidate who has completed the program will have to do a final assessment for their skills.
Successful candidates be offered job opportunities in one of IQRM current projects and Risk Engineer.
