    Session 1 — What a Risk Really Is (and isn’t)

    • Differentiate risk, issue, and uncertainty (with examples)
    • Write quantifiable risk statements (Cause–Risk–Effect)
    • Classify risks: event vs. variability; threat vs. opportunity

    • Set up the Quantified Risk Register (QRR) starter
