Corporate QSRA and QCRA Training for Project Teams
A live cohort for your team, built on your own project. IQRM runs the QRM Professional Programme in-house for owners, EPC contractors and PMCs. Your planners, cost engineers and risk managers learn quantitative schedule and cost risk analysis on your schedule and cost data, onsite or online, from £1,390 per delegate.
What your team leaves able to do
Build the model
Take a P6 schedule and a cost estimate, test their health and build a Monte Carlo risk model that holds up to review.
Quantify the register
Turn a qualitative risk register into calibrated three-point estimates and discrete risks mapped to activities and cost items.
Defend P50 and P80
Produce P50, P80 and P90 dates and costs, a Joint Confidence Level and the drivers behind them, in a report senior management can act on.
How the cohort runs
- Eight live build sessions with Rami Salem, scheduled around your team
- Self-paced modules and two live capstone clinics to finish the programme
- A capstone on your own project, reviewed personally by Rami
- Exam and the QRMCert. designation, CPD certified
- 30 days of Safran Risk per delegate
- A private portal, progress tracking and invoicing to your organisation
