Founder story
Quantitative risk management specialist with 15+ years on major capital programmes across the UK and GCC. Founder of IQRM and GCC Portfolio Risk Manager at Enppi, leading quantitative risk delivery on a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of oil and gas programmes.

Background
Rami built his practice inside live programmes, not classrooms: oil and gas, EPC/EPCM, and major infrastructure, where forecasts are challenged at sanction reviews and board meetings, not just in workshops. His work centres on one problem: most quantitative risk analysis is opinion dressed as probability, and it collapses the moment a serious reviewer asks how the numbers were derived.
That problem became the Risk Data Engine™, IQRM's methodology for building Monte Carlo inputs from real project data: productivity, procurement, progress, and performance records. It is the foundation of every IQRM training programme and consulting engagement.
He works daily with Safran Risk and Primavera Risk Analysis, trains tier-1 PMC consultancies, and speaks regularly at industry events in Riyadh and across the GCC.
